These terms apply to your use of www.newwave-consultants.com (the “Website”), operated by New Wave Consultants (Private) Limited, company registration number PV00357971, of F3-25, Prime Bella, Madinnagoda Road, Rajagiriya 10107, Sri Lanka (“we”, “us”). By using the Website you accept these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The courts of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka sitting in Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it applies with the minimum change needed to make it valid or, if that is not possible, is treated as removed. The remaining provisions continue in full force.
If we do not enforce a provision, or delay doing so, we have not waived our right to enforce it later.
